I wish this is something we didn’t have to write. My sister Paula was 38 years old when she suddenly passed away in her sleep. She had stage 5 renal failure and wanted nothing more than to have a double transplant so she could spend her days bringing up her 4 year old daughter, Alyvia, and her other children Shelby and Warren. This was sudden and something we had never planned for, her only option was to get better. After 3 failed offers for a transplant, the transplant team realised their negligence as they had not been sending her for an annual heart scan. This resulted in her sadly passing away. Not only does she have a 4 year old daughter, she has a 15 year old son a 19 year old daughter. We are all distraught and wish things could be different. Please help out anyway that you can, so that her partner is able to look after their daughter and children, and will help towards giving my sister the send off she deserves! We love you always.
