Help Raise Busters Spinal Surgery Fees

Hello! My name is Maddie, and on behalf of a great friend Nick, I am helping him raise funds for their wonderful dog Buster's spinal surgery fees.

All Buster did was shake himself off one day after he was a bit damp, and the force of it has seemed to slip a disk, and it is now pressing on his spinal cord and negatively impacting his mobility, feeling, and ability to hold his bladder and his bowels.

He needs an MRI, which is anywhere between £3800-£4500 to confirm exactly what has happened to him and how to help him. The follow on surgery will cost anywhere between £6000-£10,000. Nick only has £3000 worth of pet insurance.

As you can imagine, Nick is in absolute pieces over Buster's injury, and beside themselves over not being able to afford the cost to bring their baby back to health.

Buster is only 5 years old, and such a wonderful, bright, pup with a brilliant personality. It is heart breaking to see him stuck in his crate all day, wearing a nappy, and almost being unable to move his back legs entirely. It is not the life for such a dog :(

We all understand that money can be tight these days, but if anyone is able to donate even £5, Buster is one step closer to being back to his happy, healthy self with a spring back in his step. Nick will be able to sleep again, not worrying constantly over Buster and his wellbeing.

As the costs are an estimation given by the vets themselves, any money which is raised over the target and will not be needed towards his surgery, will be donated to a local animal sanctuary.
