Help Raise a Black Transwoman Out of Water

Please, help me raise $3,500 by the end of July to help me get to a better place. Student loan debt and healthcare costs of HIV are my biggest threat to rejoin my supportive friends in family back in Chicago and Milwaukee. Isolated after a year of transphobic dejection from my Texas relatives and threats to my life, that ended the lives of three other trans women in Dallas, Texas - I cannot take it anymore.
For this fundraiser I have to
use my legal (dead) name until I can change to my new adopted name: Jamila Dawn.
This $3,500 will allow me to cover bills such as rent, healthcare coverage for my HIV and HRT meds, urgent dental work (have a gum infection), and transportation until I get my first checks as a writer. Also, I will be able to qualify to consolidate my student loans at a more affordable interest rate to help me raise my Credit Score. Although i’ve paid off all my credit cards and two vehicles, one of my student loan servicers has reported “late payments” this year against my credit although they receive $200+ a month from me. It’s devastated my credit making it hard to get approval for a place to live, or even rent a car.
Imagine planning to move to a safer place as a black transwoman and chase your dreams only for a notification to threaten your ability to move. I am tired, but I am not without hope.
I’m reaching out to the community to help me move To asafer place where I can advance my writing career and publish a manuscript by the end of the year. In Texas, I've been followed by bigots, completely isolated from my support network, thhs fighting suicidal ideations.
