May 19, 2018 my husband (Thomas) & I (Florita) gave birth to our beautiful twin boys Raiden & Zayden. On June 1, 2021 Raiden was diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous tumor. Doctors are saying the tumor is rare because of it being a mixture of Glial and Sarcoma. He’s undergone two major surgeries that were successful. The first one they could only remove 90% due to blood loss it was no longer safe to proceed. The second one was risky even though it was 10% left it was in the brain stem. Through it all he had strokes causing nerve damage and neural issues. Doctors recommend chemotherapy and radiation to stop further growth. He is still recovering from other procedures that required him getting a tracheostomy, g-tube and shunt. We will be growing and learning as Raiden takes his big steps through his journey. With love and support we know only time can heal.
