The Rahway Policemen’s Benevolent Association (PBA) Local 31 has organized this fundraiser on behalf of one of our own members, who, along with his family, tragically lost their home in a fire. As fellow officers and close colleagues, we share a strong bond and are committed to supporting our brother during this incredibly difficult time.
All funds raised will be directly provided to Sean and Jessie Twerdak, along with their daughter, Abigail, and their dog, Charlie, to help them begin rebuilding their lives after this devastating loss. The donations will be used to assist with immediate needs such as temporary housing, clothing, food, care for their dog Charlie, and other essential expenses, as well as longer-term recovery efforts.
The Rahway PBA Local 31 will ensure that all proceeds are securely and promptly transferred to the Twerdak family. We are working directly with them to make sure the funds are delivered in full and used where they are needed most.
We deeply appreciate any support you can offer to help this family during their time of need.
A Rahway police officer, his wife, their young child and their dog recently experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed their home and left them without a place to stay. This family has always been there to help others—both in their professional roles and as caring neighbors. Now, they are facing an unimaginable loss and need our support more than ever.
The fire took away not only their home, but also all of their personal belongings and essentials for their young child. The sudden loss has left them in urgent need of temporary housing and the means to start rebuilding their lives from scratch. Every contribution will go directly toward helping them find a safe place to stay and replacing the items they lost in the fire. The emotional and financial toll of such a tragedy is overwhelming, especially with a baby to care for, but together, we can help ease their burden and show them that their community stands behind them.
Your generosity can make a real difference during this challenging time. Thank you for any donation you can provide to help this family get back on their feet. Every bit of support counts and is deeply appreciated.
