My cousin Rahul came to Canada a few years ago as an International Student. He was 22 years old when he passed away on June 22, 2021. We were doing our best to make sure he was loved and cared for but unfortunately his mental health wasn’t strong enough.

This obviously devastated our entire family, but it’s been especially hard for his parents and sister in India.

Just a few months earlier, Rahul’s dad suffered a severe stroke which paralyzed the right side of his body, and he can no longer work. His mom is a homemaker and his sister Namika is a full time college student. Rahul would send most of his money back home to support everyone.

My name is Deepak Bhatti and I’m creating this GoFundMe so we can support Rahul’s family as much as possible. Every dollar will be used to fund Namika’s education and support his family’s lives.
