HELP RAHAT FIGHT STAGE 4 PROSTATE CANCER

I’m organizing this fundraiser for my father, Rahat Malik who is 75 years old. He has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.

On April 12, my father went to the emergency due to pain around his shoulders and back. After multiple CT scans, MRIs and a prostate biopsy they found out he has prostate cancer that has unfortunately spread to his bones. He is currently in a lot of pain and it’s tough for me and my family to see him in this situation. My father is a self-made man, who worked hard throughout his life, came from a small remote village in Pakistan and through hard work and dedication started his own advertising agency that grew across Pakistan. Eventually, due to economic and political upheaval in Pakistan, he migrated to the US in 2000 with me, my mother and sister to start a new and better life. It was a struggle at first as he had to start from scratch but being the strong man he is, he succeeded. He started a small TV advertising business which I have been a part of since its inception. Unfortunately for the last few months, due to his health, he is unable to work anymore. I have been trying to support my father for the past few months as I have taken over most of the business but now it is getting quite hard for me as well to support him financially due to not having enough income (our business has suffered quite a bit ever since COVID).
