Help Rahaf and her family rebuilding their life!

Hi All,

My name is Hanan Ghattas and I live currently in Belgium. My friend from Gaza is trying to raise funds to rebuild their life regarding of what’s happening now in Gaza. Due to her geographical location and restrictions from GoFundMe I am stepping in to help launch this campaign. All donations will go directly to Rahaf. Please support if you can, any amount, however small can help her and her family to survive this cruel situation.

Below the story of Rahaf Qudeh:

Rahaf Qudeh a Blogger, content creator and a high school student.

My Siblings, all my family members and I had many ambitions and dreams. My family consists of my father, my mother, 2 brothers and one sister. My brother, Bashar, is 21 years old. My brother Muhammad is 13 years old, my sister Ruba is 10 years old, and I am 18 years old. Unfortunately, those dreams were killed in the blink of an eye due to the difficult conditions we are living in Gaza. They killed our dreams and destroyed our future.

We used to live safe and secure in a cozy house full of beautiful memories, but now we find ourselves displaced without a shelter and without the lowest necessities of life.

We are living a miserable life suffering from the lack of food, water, electricity, medicine and all of the necessities of life .

Our present and future are fraught with danger. I was so hesitant about doing this fundraising link but my feeling that the danger approaching and increasing day after day and my intense fear for my family, is what ultimately pushed me to resort to this method after all avenues were closed in our faces, as we sought every means to try to get out and save ourselves, but unfortunately, all of them failed.

What made me make this decision and my request for your support through this link came because of the high costs required of us to travel and because of the cessation of our financial income over the past period - five months - due to the war, as most of our sources of income that we relied on stopped.

A large part of our home has been destroyed.

we have lost those dear to us, and we have lost many of our possessions in this war. We were patient and endured in the hope of returning and repairing what was spoiled, but unfortunately the war continues and has not stopped, and even if it stops, we need a lot of time to fix what was spoiled, and now we have no choice but to try Exiting the Gaza Strip to rebuild our lives and continue our studies, and then return to Gaza if complete calm returns to the area

رهف اقديح من غزة بلوجر وصانعة محتوى و طالبة ثانوية عامة كان لدي الكثير من الطموحات والأحلام أنا واخوتي وجميع أفراد عائلتي التي تتكون من ابي وامي وأخي بشار 21 عام

واخي محمد 13 عام واختي ربا 10 أعوام وأنا 18 عام تلك الأحلام للأسف قتلت في لمح البصر بسبب الظروف الصعبة التي نعيشها في غزة لقد قتلت أحلامنا ودمر مستقبلنا

كنا نعيش آمنين مطمئنين في بيت دافئ مليء بالذكريات الجميلة لنجد أنفسنا الآن مهجرين بلا مأوى وبدون أدنى مقومات الحياة نعيش حياة القهر والبؤس نعاني من قلة الغذاء والماء والكهرباء والدواء وكل مقومات الحياة حاضرنا ومستقبلنا محفوف بالمخاطر ترددت كثيرا قبل أن أقوم بعمل هذا الرابط ولكن شعوري باقتراب الخطر ونزايده يوما تلو الآخر وخوفي الشديد على عائلتي هو ما دفعني في نهاية المطاف لأن ألجأ لهذه الوسيله بعد ما اغلقت في وجوهنا كل السبل حيث سعينا بكل الطرق لمحاولة الخروج والنجاة بأنفسنا لكن للأسف كلها باءت بالفشل

اتخاذي لهذا القرار ولجوئي لطلب مساندتكم من خلال هذا الرابط جاء بسبب التكاليف الباهظة المطلوبة منا للسفر وبسبب توقف دخلنا المادي طيلة الفترة الماضية _خمسة أشهر _بسبب الحرب حيث توقفت معظم مصادر دخلنا التي كنا نعتمد عليها

لقد دمر جزء كبير من بيتنا وفقدنا أعزاء علينا وخسرنا الكثير من ممتلكاتنا في هذه الحرب وصبرنا وتحملنا على أمل الرجوع واصلاح ما تم افساده لكن للأسف الحرب مستمرة ولم تتوقف وحتى ولو توقفت فاننا نحتاج للكثير من الوقت لاصلاح ما تم افساده ولم يبق أمامنا الآن إلا محاولة الخروج من القطاع لاعادة بناء حياتنا ومواصلة دراستنا ومن ثم الرجوع لغزة في حالة رجوع الهدوء التام للمنطقة

أرجو أن لا تلومونا فقد اشتد علينا الأذى
