Help Rafe Smile Again!

Hello!

You may or may not know me and what I do already, so kindly allow me to inform you. My name is Rafe Haddox and I need your help! You might know me from my social media presence -- that's because I am one of the core members of the social media team for MAGFest, the Music and Gaming Festival. I write a lot of the major announcements going into the festival, in addition to off-season work booking hip hop acts for MAG's main stage and assisting those artists onsite. I'm a musician, writer, and comic host, and most of these involve quite a bit of talking, a whole lot of smiling and a fair bit of laughter on my part due to the joy I help create -- the joy of others truly does become my happiness!

On February 2nd of this year, I broke my #8 incisor -- the right front tooth. It was not fun and still has not been, adjusting to challenges in eating, speaking, and smiling since. A highly-regarded and very kind periodontal specialist has laid out a path towards a smile once again -- it includes the extraction of the other front tooth and then the implantation of a four-unit bridge to give me a nice, healthy smile.

But gosh is it an expensive path.

I'm looking at $8,247 as the total estimate for the extraction, the temporary bridge, and the installation of the permanent bridge once they're made -- what a truly bizarre sentence. This doesn't include other services like teeth cleaning, which I've already started to pay for with existing funds, but this amount will cover 95% of the expense of:
