Help Rafael to fight cancer

My name is Rafael Eduardo Cuella, I am 68 years old. I am married to Ada del Carmen and we have 2 daughters, Deborah (11) and Ixchel (3 ). I have preached in the Church of Christ for more than 45 years, but I have worked most of the time out of the church to support my family. I am retired for 6 years with a pension from the Social Security. Right now, I preach and teach the Bible in the churches around us.
I stay most of the time in Chiapas, Mexico, because my wife don't have a visa to enter in the USA, is more affordable to live in mexico and our daughters can enjoy the company of their grandparens.
The reason why I am asking for your help, is because just recently I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I have a healthy lifestyle, but look that wasn´t enough to avoid cancer.
I have medicare but there is no cover outside of USA. This has giving me the oportunity to try other treatments other than radiation and quimo that is used at home.
But I have to pay cash for everything. Is less expensive than in USA, but is to much for me. Rigth now I need an MRI, About $400.00 and the specialists appointments $43.00
I will be greatfull for any help from everybody, because even $20 is half to pay the visit to the doctor.
