We are shattered to share that Rafael Edgardo Matos Jr. passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at age 36.
He leaves behind four wonderful children, Jocelyn 16, Jaiden 15, Jace 9, Javon 7 and his loving girlfriend Chaolinett. Rafael always put his family first, he was a great father.
Rafael was with Security Department at Columbus Specialty Hospital for 6 years and was loved by all.
