On Sunday, February 8th, our lives changed in an instant.

What began as a normal Sunday ride turned into a devastating motorcycle accident that forever altered everything we knew. After doing everything they could, the doctors have told me that Rafa has no brain function. His body is being kept alive by machines, but the man I love so deeply cannot come back to us.

I am still here with him - holding his hand, loving him, and trying to survive a pain I would never wish on anyone. The love of my life, my heart, my everything is still here… but he isn’t. I am shattered in ways I didn’t know were possible.

Between emergency heart surgeries, broken bones, intensive hospital care, medications, and the days ahead, the financial burden has grown quickly. We are now facing impossible decisions while trying to breathe through this unimaginable moment.

Rafa has always been strong, resilient, and the first to help others without hesitation. Now we need your help.
