Help Raf Calderon Get a New Liver and Kidney

Hi, My name is Jim and I'm fundraising for my 39-year-old son-in-law Raf. He's been in the hospital for over a month fighting for his life with advanced liver disease. We love Raf very much as do his parents and two brothers whom he helped raise. He is one of the sweetest people we know. My daughter Annika and Raf have a special relationship based on love and mutual respect. She hasn't left his side since he's been in the hospital. Raf was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver the day after their 6-year wedding anniversary in October 2022. Since then he has been in and out of the hospital with many setbacks and complications. The worsening cirrhosis is affecting his kidneys so he now requires kidney dialysis 3 times each week. We need to keep Raf stable so he can receive a life-saving liver transplant. Annika says that "We just want to get back to our quiet life of working from home, spending all our time together, getting back to our hobbies and games, and enjoying our pets, (Muffins the cat and Tiki the bunny)."
