I've created this fundraiser to raise money for funeral expenses and also to keep my sister in her home for the remainder of winter through spring...

When Mom was diagnosed with cancer, we held a fundraiser for her and raised about $4000 to help cover expenses.

However, due to a relative getting a hold of a bank card, that money was stolen and used to support a scammer impersonating the FBI, and still to this day, even after being taken to court, believes they are not being scammed...

My sister is trying to get on disability but is is a long and trying process. She has been living in our mother's house and helping out with housework as well as being Mom's power of attorney when her health declined and one was needed...

My family is not well off, and we all know funerals, even the most basic ones, are costly ...
