My name is Rachel, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times my family and I have ever faced. Due to medical reasons, I have been unable to work, and as a result, we are now facing eviction and the very real threat of homelessness. We have lived in our apartment for 12 years, building a life and a home, but now we are at risk of losing everything we have worked so hard for.
