For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with dental problems. When I was in junior high, I had a terrible accident that knocked out my front teeth. It was a traumatic experience that required reconstructive surgery and a bridge to restore my smile. Since then, I’ve spent years battling dental pain, infections, and endless dental visits.

Unfortunately, things have now progressed to periodontal disease, which has caused bone loss and severe damage to my remaining teeth. My dentist has told me that the best — and really the only — long-term solution is the All-on-Four dental implant procedure. This treatment would replace all of my failing teeth with secure, natural-looking implants that function just like real teeth.

The only problem is the cost. The procedure can cost up to $25,000, and insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve tried everything I can to manage the situation on my own, but the pain, difficulty eating, and constant infections have made it impossible to wait any longer.
