Two nights ago, someone broke into my car and completely destroyed the ignition system while apparently trying to steal the vehicle. What makes it especially frustrating is that I had an anti-theft club on the car and had taken precautions to protect it, but they attempted it anyway, leaving my car completely inoperable.

Thankfully, I do have insurance, and the repairs should be covered — but I am responsible for the deductible. Unfortunately, this happened at a time when I simply do not have that kind of money available. My car is essential for work, daily responsibilities, and getting through everyday life, and right now I’m struggling to figure out how to get it repaired quickly.

I’m hoping to raise the deductible amount as soon as possible so I can get my car, and myself, back on the road.
