This is Rachele Miller. She tragically lost both hands in 2023 after being savagely attacked by a dog. Her medical insurance had agreed to provide her with bi lateral body powered prosthetic limbs. She was fitted for them and they were made for her. Then without notice her insurance company changed its policy and refused her coverage.
