Help Rachel with the FIGHT for her LIFE

For those of you who do not know Rachel Trieu, she is a firecracker. Full of sizzle, glitter and music. I cannot think of her without seeing her bopping around, humming a tune, and hearing her laughter. She literally vibrates with energy. She is our real-life hummingbird. She is strong and positive. Her glass is always half full and when life throws her lemons, heck she throws them right back. My hope is that we can wrap our arms around Rachel and show her what a gift she is to us.

 

I write this today because Rachel needs our help. Recently she was diagnosed with a rare form of sarcoma. Sarcoma is an uncommon cancer of the bone and connective tissue. In Rachel’s case, the cancer is aggressive. In the short time since her diagnosis, her cancer has spread to her lungs, and she is about to enter several rounds of powerful chemo. While we do not know what the future holds in terms of long-term treatment, we do know that it will come with a hefty price tag.

 

Rachel has insurance but there is a lot that she will have to pay for out of pocket. She lives on her own and has been financially independent since a young age. Right now, she is in the fight of her life and while she is focusing on getting better, I was hoping we could offer her some financial breathing room.
