Help Rachel with some gender confirming surgeries

Hello my name is Rachel Leona I have been transitioning since I was 19 years old today I'm 40 years old I know a lot of people are wondering why someone would ask for help to do something so personal for them well it's because of my choices I won't say bad choices but different than some I spent a lot of my years worrying about others choosing love over myself many times with that choice of love over myself my priorities changed and I find myself looking in the mirror not knowing how I'm going to become this woman that I feel like I am in the inside but don't look like in the mirror. But this is something that I want so badly that I feel like I can't live without it it's extremely hard living this life.
