I am fundraising for my dear friend Rachel because she is one of the most beautiful people I know - inside and out. Rachel has been a fantastic friend not only to me, but to so many others. She is endlessly patient, deeply kind, funny, and always ready to lift people up when they need it most.

When my mom passed and I felt desperate, Rachel stepped in without hesitation. She gave every Saturday to help by watching my children (no easy task), giving up shifts at work and free time. That's the kind of person she is. Rachel is selfless, loving, and someone who gives everything she can to the people she loves.

She is a uniting force, the glue that secretly holds us together from behind the scenes. She works to keep everyone uplifted without needing a spotlight on her good deeds. She is a devoted friend, confidant, daughter, and one of the best people I know.
