I am a Mama to three amazing children and wife to the most wonderful man. I have chronic neurological Lyme
disease and last year I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Despite surgery and treatments it has metastasized into my lymph nodes. 

The Lyme has caused lesions in my brain and spine, body wide nerve damage and ongoing degeneration in my
spinal column. 

At the time of writing this the many, many treatments and supplements seem to be holding the cancer steady, and our prayer is that is stays that way, and actually begins to reverse. 

Ongoing treatments are extremely physically and financially draining, thus this fundraising page. It’s a hard thing to lay aside your pride and ask for help, but it’s also a hard thing to look at your babies and know there is a good
chance you won’t see them graduate or walk down the aisle. 

I don’t know what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future. I don’t know how on earth we will continue to  afford these intense treatments, but I know Who owns all the resources in the universe. I just don’t know...but I
know Who does. Praise His name! 

I’m incredibly thankful for the time I have had with my family and every day I continue to have. I see how my
illnesses have been an opportunity for me to come alongside and encourage other Mama’s in similar
circumstances, and I’m grateful for that. 

My profile picture was from Christmas morning. I didn’t have the strength to stand for more than a few minutes at
a time, so I cooked lunch sitting on the counter with the help of my family. I was able to be there. I was involved. I’m so thankful, and I hope that next Christmas I will be there again.
