On April 11, 2022 Rachel Stevenson suffered a terrible burn accident and spent six days in the burn unit at University Hospital in Madison with severe second degree burns. She is now home recovering and doing daily wound care.

 

This fundraiser is to help pay her medical expenses and monthly bills while she is recovering until she can get back to work. She recently started a new job so she does not have benefits to have time off or collect short term disability.

Despite everything, this beautiful young woman is in good spirits and diligently doing her wound care and exercises as she is anxious to get back to her usual self and routines.
