Help Rachel Recover and Support Her Family

Hi, my name is Nancy. Myself and several others from our Bible study class wanted to come together to ask for support on behalf of our friend and sister in Christ, Rachel!

Rachel has been battling some medical issues in her back for quite a long time now. She is a solid believer in Christ and knows and trusts in His healing powers. She received a shot that was supposed to help and relieve some of the pain, but the shot did not work in the way we hoped, and a week or so later, she continued to be in a tremendous amount of pain.

Rachel loves her job, but this surgery would take her out of work for at least 4-6 weeks before she would be able to return. Thankfully, her job is very supportive and understanding, so they are working with her in this situation. However, Rachel is a single parent with a daughter to support and bills to pay. We want to help alleviate her worries and support her while she stays home to recover. We pray that as a community, we can come together and reassure her that God has her, and by financially giving her some peace. She is so humble, and anyone who meets her would agree, her spirit is so full of God. She is a woman on fire for God, and knowing her personally, we can attest to the fact that she can’t wait to get back out on the streets and lead her ministry team again! Please pray on helping Sister Rachel financially so she can get her surgery, with time off and comfort knowing she can pay for all the household needs in the meantime.

We, as a Bible study group, thank you for hearing our prayers for our Sister Rachel. She would never ask this on her own, and we had it pressed on our hearts to ask for her. We thank you and ask God to bless you even more abundantly for blessing her!
