Please help our friend Rachel pay her horse’s vet bills. Scarlett started showing symptoms of severe illness on Sunday last week. We called the vet and after examination thought we had diagnosed and treated the issue, but Scarlett rapidly deteriorated Thursday night and was transferred to New Bolton on 911 call.
