Help Rachel Feel Confident Again with Wigs

For those of you who don’t know, I’m Rachel & I’ve been a cosmetologist for over 12 years. Approximately 2 months ago I was diagnosed with alopecia. I’m unsure yet which type I have at this time, as I’m showing signs of all 3 major types. My hair loss has rapidly progressed & it’s gotten to the point I won’t leave the house without a hat, scarf or some sort of head covering. I may end up shaving my head, but I’m trying to hold off on that as long as I can. I would love to purchase a couple wigs but unfortunately I don’t have the money for such a costly purchase. I’d love to feel happy & confident when I look in the mirror, even if it is something so silly as a wig that brings me that joy. It’s difficult being a hairstylist making others feel great about the way they look when sadly I’ve lost confidence in my own appearance . I never foresaw this as an issue for myself especially being in the field I am, but here I am. I appreciate any help.
