Everyone that knew Rachel also knew that one of her proudest accomplishments was traveling to 49 of the 50 U.S. states. After a drive to Alaska (yes - DRIVE) as a teen in 1972, she began a journey to see every state in the nation. Over the course of her life she took every opportunity to travel, always opting to take the "long way" so that she could see as much of the country as possible. Alaska always held a special place in her heart, but her dream, and her bucket list goal, was to visit Hawaii and check the final state off her list. Rachel's sons, Daniel and Joseph, have decided to help her complete that journey by taking her ashes on her birthday first to her favorite state of Alaska, and then to her final destination of Hawaii. Let's help them get there.
