My name is Rachel Harden. I’m 48 years old, and until recently, I was living a normal life. I never imagined that 2025 would become the hardest year of my life—a year where one simple doctor’s visit would turn into the fight for my health and my life.

In March of 2025, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, an aggressive form of breast cancer. In just a matter of weeks, everything changed. I endured five months of grueling chemotherapy, which left me exhausted, sick, and emotionally drained.

Now, on October 3, 2025, I will undergo a double mastectomy to remove my breast. Whether I will also need radiation depends on what doctors find during surgery—specifically if the cancer has spread to my lymph nodes. The journey has already been relentless, and while the road ahead is uncertain, one thing is certain: I am a fighter.

This diagnosis has taken so much from me. I will not be able to work during this time, and the costs of treatment, recovery, and daily living expenses continue to grow. That’s why I am humbly asking for your support. Every donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward:
