Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my sister-in-law Rachel, my brother Tyler, and most importantly, my brave and beautiful niece, Reese. If you know me at all you know how passionate I am about protecting and advocating for children. Reese’s biological father has been officially charged with 11 devastating and deeply serious crimes—including child molestation, sexual battery of a child under 16, and cruelty to children in the first degree. These are not accusations—they are formal charges brought by law enforcement after a lengthy and thorough investigation.
The criminal process is now underway, but for Rachel and Reese, the emotional, legal, and financial battle is just beginning.

What They’re Facing Now
Rachel is doing everything in her power to protect her daughter and give her the stability she deserves. That includes hiring an attorney to file for emergency modification for full custody, paying for trauma therapy and counseling for both her and Reese, and preparing for the very real possibility that child support will end —which would leave her solely responsible for Reese’s health insurance and day-to-day expenses. On top of that, Reese plays multiple sports, each with their own costs, and back-to-school season is right around the corner. Rachel has already used a large amount of her paid time off to attend every court date, interview, and meeting related to the case—and this is only the beginning. Through it all, Tyler has stood beside them, providing strength, love, and stability through the hardest chapter of their lives.
