Rachel, our Head Chiropractic Assistant at Voyage Chiropractic, is in critical condition in ICU. She is suffering from septic shock and has been hospitalized since Tuesday, July 22. She is fighting so hard, but overnight she started declining and facing even more challenges. Please, say a prayer for her right now! Please continue praying as often as you think about our dear Rachel.
Rachel has been the heart of Voyage for many years with her warm smile, helpful spirit, her drive to serve, and her incredible laugh that could fill any room. She has hugged you, cried with you, prayed for you, celebrated you, and held your babies while you got adjusted. She has done so many things to serve her team and practice members outside of the office that many will never know about, and the way she cares for people is unmatched. Now Rachel is in the fight of her life and she needs your support.
Besides being the world's best chiropractic assistant, Rachel is a brand new bride to her husband Trevor, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She serves faithfully in her church (Eleven22) and serves her community and various non-profits by organizing fundraisers and events year round. She is one of the most loyal, dedicated, and selfless people you will ever meet. She has an amazing disciple group that she loves very much, and they love her back just as fiercely.
Many of you have already asked us how you can help, or what you can do. We have created a GoFundMe page for Rachel to help her and her brand new husband, Trevor, navigate the unexpected and mounting expenses of an acute illness and extended hospital stay. As many of you know, Rachel got married last month on June 14th and was just getting settled into married life. Trevor is devoted to staying by her side and he is doing an incredible job of walking out his vows of "in sickness and in health". Anything you are able to give would be a huge blessing to this incredible couple.
