Help Rachel and Her Children Save Their Home!

One of my best friends, Rachel, has had a really tough year. She had a bad infection and was hospitalized. While she was in the hospital and recovering, she lost her job. This made her behind on her HOA payments and now they want to foreclose on her home at the end of September if she doesn’t come up with $4000. Rachel is a single mother of two really great boys. She has no living relatives around to help her. She has a new job now but still is struggling to come up with the money. Her 17 year old son has even started a power washing business to help with bills and save their home! If anyone can find it in their heart to donate it would bless Rachel and her boys so much!! Update! We have updated the goal to include the fees the HOA lawyers will most likely add when they send her the final payoff amount. It has been a month and they still have not sent it, so we are estimating it to be more than $4.6. Some have also asked to update the amount to give her some breathing room for Octobers fee as well.
