Help Rachael Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

My name is Preston Cockey, and I live in Atlanta, GA, but was born and raised in Tampa, FL.

On Friday morning the 27th, Hurricane Helene filled my little sister's house with 5 feet of water. Rachael and her daughter (my niece) Penelope had evacuated to safety with most of their clothes and some of P's toys, but the rest of house and it's contents were a total loss.

There have been so many generous offers to help, so we are setting up this GoFundMe for Rachael and P.

She will need to find a more permanent place to live while we waits for insurance to do its thing. She really did lose everything but her clothes. We are trying to show support for her to get through the next few months while she tries to figure out what is next.

Even after all this…..she is still wants everyone to have a “sparkling day”. That’s my sister, biggest heart I know.
