Hi! My name is Quinn and I got the amazing opportunity to go to the FreeFrom Survivor's Wealth Summit in Los Angeles this August! This is an amazing conference for survivors of gender-based violence to help heal from the financial devastation of that violence.

I am honored to go on this trip. I received a scholarship to go to the actual conference and I am raising funds to help with travel costs.

This summit means so much to me for several different reasons. Throughout my healing journey, I have been reflecting on the traumas and events that have gotten me to this point in my life. From sexual trauma to financial abuse, I am healing so much pain. But it is not an easy or quick process and it trickles down into how I view money, abundance, and financial institutions and community. I am hoping that this summit will be an important chapter for my healing process.

It would mean so much if you would donate, even a little bit, to this campaign, to help me cover travel and lodging costs.

I am planning to stay in a hostel to reduce costs.

A plane ticket is about $450.

My goal is to walk as much as I can; however, because of chronic fatigue and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I also would like to raise some money in case I need to rideshare or take Ubers or other forms of public transportation.

While some meals are provided through the conference, I will also need to raise money for most meals as well.
