Queenie was neglected and left tied outside all day at apartment building, and unfortunately developed rectal issues due to either foul play or infections. She was confiscated and brought to East Valley shelter. She was scheduled to be euthanized because of a prolapsed rectum. The shelter staff did everything they could, stitching her up temporarily, but Queenie now needs a specialized surgery called a Colopexy to secure her rectum permanently and give her a real chance at a pain-free life.
Right now, the first step is an ultrasound to assess her condition and plan for the surgery. Queenie is 5 years old and a true lovebug who deserves to live without pain or fear. She’s already shown so much resilience and affection despite everything she’s been through. With your support, we can help her get the care she needs and open the door to a brighter, healthier future.
Any help is appreciated—please share and donate if you can to give Queenie her best chance. Your kindness will make all the difference for this sweet little dog, and I’ll keep everyone updated on her journey every step of the way.
