Help Queen B’s Bakery Open on Water Street

Baking for me has always been a place I could go when life’s challenges feel overwhelming. Queen B’s Bakery is a business I started by just attending craft fairs & fairs, offering cakes for special events and building my reputation for quality with every product that leaves my doors. I’ve had the dream to own a bakery for years now and have always found a reason to talk myself out of it, but my business has reached a point where I have outgrown my licensed home kitchen and have reached a point where I am ready to expand my business into a retail location on Water Street in Augusta.

In order to give my business the best chance of success, I need help funding to get us started & traditional financing is not an option. Funds will be used to purchase equipment and the necessary materials to help us open our doors faster and help to make this dream a reality!

To me, this business is more than just a bakery; it is my escape from abuse and my chance to start over and build a better life for myself and my son. Myself and the team I am building have all escaped abusive relationships, so as we grow in our retail location, I’d like to help others who are working to do the same.
