Help put our beloved Jerry"Tyrone"Bowick to rest

Our beloved Jerry "Tyrone" Bowick Sr. recently passed on March 8, 2023. Tyrone was a wonderful son, father, brother, husband, uncle, friend and co-worker who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his Mother (Judy Bowick), Wife (Donna Bowick), Son (Jerry "Jookie" Bowick), Sisters (Davida and Kirstie Bowick), Nieces (Vellownique Bowick and Moe'Na Manns), Nephew's (Ma'son Manns and Davion Bowick) along with many other family members ( blood related & life bonded) and many friends.

Tyrone dedicated his life to his family. He brightened rooms with his smile and had a sense of humor that everyone loved and looked forward to. He was a great provider and leader to the family he was born into and the family he created. He took pride in being a shining light to those in need, wether it be acts of kindness, a kind word or a helping hand. He was a Radiology Coordinator at Monmouth Medical Center where he called his "second home" for the last 20 years.

"In addition to all of his responsibilities in Radiology, Tyrone could always be found helping patients or sharing a word with one of the many employees at MMC that considered him a friend. He was known among his Radiology colleagues as someone who performed the extra act of kindness, often escorting patients to the cafeteria if they had a long wait or even to the lobby or even to their cars if they needed it. He had a smile and a kind word for everyone." - Eric Carney, President and CEO of Monmouth Medical Center

We are all devastated by Tyrone's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Tyrone the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Tyrone’s funeral and memorial services. We need to raise $2,000 by March 15, 2023 in order to be able to afford the funeral service and our goal is to raise $8,000 by April 21st for the Memorial service which will be held on his birthday, June 13th.
