Help! During a chill Sunday trail ride recently I took a tumble, both dislocating and fracturing my right pinky.
No big deal, a quick trip to the ER seemed to fix my hand, but a follow up appointment two weeks later revealed the injury never set properly. I continued working between the two visits with a broken hand, aggravating it to the point I that now need surgery, pins and wires to keep everything together.
As someone who works behind a bar it's obvious I need my hand back as soon as possible. Besides the actual pain, working from the left sends gelato scoops flying, and espresso and cocktails barely make it to their glasses. Moving forward without insurance is especially challenging, let's get this fixed!
