Исаак родился в городе Самарканде в многодетной семье уважаемых и порядочных людей Мирзакандовых и Рубиновых. Юношеские годы Исаака прошли в Cамарканде. Его стремление выглядеть стильно и в ногу со временем направило его познать азы портного ремесла. Он с успехом обретает эту профессию и становится одним из самых успешных портных в городе Самарканде.
В 1979 его судьба соединяет с его супругой Маргаритой Фузайловой, с которой он прожил до конца своих дней. В 1989 он с семьёй иммигрировает в Израиль. После почти десяти лет в Израиле, Изи в 1997ом переезжает в Америку по работе, и на протяжении 18ти лет трудился в сфере ювелирного бизнеса в надежде перевода своей семьи в Америку. Но в связи с обстоятельствами которые привели к ухудшению его здоровья ему пришлось вернуться в Израиль. На протяжении пяти лет он находился в тяжёлом физическом состоянии. Его здоровье ухудшалось день за днём. Большой поклон его супруге котороя не отходила от него до последней минуты. Изи был жизнерадостным и общительным человеком который любил красиво одеваться и красиво жить а главное помогать людям.
Его образ всегда будет жить в наших сердцах.
Цель этого фонда чтобы помочь семье Изи с расходами после похоронных услуг для создания памятника по нашим Бухарским традицииям.
Фонд организован от глубоко скорбящих и любящих друзей.

Isaac was born in the city of Samarkand into a large family of respected and decent people Mirzakandov and Rubinov. Isaac's youthful years were spent in Samarkand. His desire to look stylish and in step with the times directed him to learn the basics of tailoring. He successfully acquires this profession and becomes one of the most successful tailors in the city of Samarkand.
In 1979, his fate connects with his wife Margarita Fuzailova, with whom he lived until the end of his days. In 1989 he immigrates to Israel with his family. After almost ten years in Israel, Izi moved to America for work in 1997, and spent 18 years in the jewelry business in the hope of transferring his family to America. But due to the circumstances that led to the deterioration of his health, he had to return to Israel. For five years he was in serious physical condition. His health deteriorated day after day. A big bow to his wife, who did not leave him until the last minute. Izi was a cheerful and sociable person who loved to dress beautifully and live beautifully and, most importantly, to help people.
His image will always live in our hearts.
The purpose of this fund is to help the Izi family with expenses after the funeral services to create a tombstone according to our Bukharian traditions.
The foundation is organized from deeply grieving and loving friends.
