Purna Chandram Chittimilla, a 25-year-old master's student at California State University East Bay, is in a critical battle against chronic kidney disease. Both of his kidneys failed, and six months ago, he underwent a kidney transplant he spent around 20 lakhs. Tragically, due to his worsening condition, the newly transplanted kidney has also been affected by the disease and has stopped functioning. Doctors now say he urgently needs another kidney transplant to survive and save his life.
