Help relocate Ashlee's Crazy Yoga's permanent home

Hi friends my name is Ashlee, owner of Ashlee's Crazy Yoga located in South Milwaukee, WI. Since 2016 I've taught yoga all over the Milwaukee area from gyms, to studios, to churches and even in our schools. My goal has always been to make wellness accessible and affordable for everyone. What these facilities lacked was both accessibility and being affordable. Some places would charge astonishing amounts to have access to wellness with unrealistic fitness goals and I remember having to turn people away. Other facilities did not have the proper equipment to cater to our friends in wheelchairs or limited mobility etc. This is why I opened this studio to fund for a facility that had equal balance in both. We opened our brick and mortar in February of 2020. Perfect timing right? Within two months classes had to go virtual and I was limiting my one on one appointments for therapy. We are now open at full capacity but not many know we exist. We are the youngest black owned studio in Wisconsin and in the top 28 of studios to check out in Milwaukee.
I've been renting this building for nearly two years now and see so much more potential if we were given the opportunity to purchase this building. There is an unfinished basement where I would love to add a 24 hour gym to those that work night shifts. I've already have all the equipment accounted for to the last cent to make this happen. There is an apartment upstairs where my family could live. My husband and I share a car so this would make it easier for me to be at home with my son and stop in downstairs for classes and appointments.
Funds and resources have been tight and I need a little help. I am not sure what to do in the next coming year being a new mommy and managing the studio. I am requesting the help of $50,000 to help purchasing the building with a down payment and a little wiggle room to do upgrades to equipment and the basement.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Attached here is a video of the studio and its recent updates.
