Hi,

my name is Adam, I’m the current captain of the Bellbrook Rural Fire Brigade, located in the small town of Bellbrook located between Kempsey and Armidale NSW.

we recently found our old R model Bedford fire truck and have negotiated a price with the owner to purchase the truck.

our intention is for members of the brigade to take ownership of the truck and restore it to working order again.

Bellbrook has a rich history and among other things was home to the first all First Nations fire crew, the

first all female crew and the birthplace of Australian country music icon Slim Dusty just to name a few.

your assistance to help start the process to bring this amazing part of history be saved and restored would be very much appreciated. All funds raised will go directly towards purchase, transport and part/materials required to restore the truck.
