Hello. My name is Megan.

Our family adopted a puppy 2 months ago. He’s now 18 weeks old. A few days ago he started to walk funny in the rear. So we took him to a specialty veterinary clinic. They told us he has a genetic anomaly in his spine. A bone is growing into his spine, causing him to lose feeling in his rear legs. They need to operate to remove this piece of spine. He needs a $10,000 operation to repair this. As well as many hours of physical therapy, and other support in his recovery.

We are a family of 6. Mom, Dad, and 4 autistic children. We are stretched to our limits. But we don’t want to lose our companion. My girls would be heartbroken.
