Hey folks!

I hate doing this, but I have nowhere left to turn.

On Friday night, our adorable cat Pumpkin was hit by a car in the middle of the night. The impact has fractured her pelvis, and left her unable to use her back legs. Miraculously, she survived the impact and clawed her way home, and was found by our neighbour who took her to a 24 hour vets. This already saved her life.

The amazing folks at the PDSA, a charity here in the UK did X-rays, provided pain-relief and gave us the news. She's got a bi-lateral fracture of her pelvis, and without surgery, she might heal, but will likely not have the full quality of life she's had previously.

She's already had a rough start - her and her brother Gizmo were found abandoned in a plastic bag, and we nursed them back to health and gave them a home. She's not even 2 years old yet.

Privately, and without a charities help, the surgery would have cost between £6-8k. With the help of Celia Hammond, another cat charity here in the UK, we have got the cost down to £1500. However, we still can't afford it. So we're asking for your help.

There's no stretch goals or hidden agendas, we just want to get Pumpkin the surgery she needs, and really it's like donating to a charity rather than to us, because that's where the money is going to go. To read more about Celia Hammond, you can head here - https://www.celiahammond.org/.

Right now, she's resting, but I have to keep her in a cage to regularly provide medicine and keep an eye on her. She's in pretty rough shape.

Please help if you can. Even getting some of the way there would be amazing.
