Pumpkin is my 5 year old kitty who has a long history of health issues. I found him driving down the street one day when he wandered in front of my car. He was blind from eye infections, had stomach ulcers, respiratory infection, the works. As a young person, I did not anticipate the financial burden that I was taking on. I was able to fund raise for him when he was a baby, and was beyond grateful. Recently, pumpkin has had a few vet visits for his eye that I have been able to afford. However, our vet wants to order him a swallow study and x-rays that will cost me $600 (pet insurance will not cover) for a rare condition in cats called megaesopgagus. This condition if not treated properly could cause him to end up aspirating when eating or drinking, and developing pneumonia which could be life threatening, and has been in many cases.

If you have the means to donate, I would be beyond grateful. This cat means the world to me, and being able to get the proper care for him has been financially taxing over these last few years, but I will do it no matter the cost.
