Puddin-Pop’s journey has been filled with challenges no animal should ever face. Abandoned at just five months old at a rural construction site, she was left to fend for herself, confused and alone. Thankfully, a kind worker found her and brought her to our rescue, but it quickly became clear that Puddin-Pop was battling more than just loneliness. She was diagnosed with a rare congenital condition—a 1-in-10,000 diagnosis—that leaves her completely unable to control her bladder. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience; Puddin-Pop has no control at all, and her body has betrayed her before she ever had a chance at a normal life. We can only imagine the heartbreak and frustration she endured before being abandoned, and it’s likely this condition is why she was left behind.
Now, Puddin-Pop needs a bilateral ablation procedure to correct her abnormal ureter positioning. Without this surgery, she will continue to suffer from severe, lifelong urinary incontinence, constant wetness, painful skin infections, and the risk of severe urinary tract infections that could lead to kidney damage. This surgery is her only hope for a pain-free, happy life and a chance to finally find her forever home.
Puddin-Pop is waiting to bring love, laughter, and happiness to a family who will cherish her. We can’t adopt her out without this surgery—it wouldn’t be fair to her or her future family. Please, if you can, help us give Puddin-Pop the chance she deserves before it’s too late. Your support means everything to us and to her.
