Hello everyone. My name is Ray Jewell. I am the pastor of a small church in rural Wisconsin and I'm raising money in order to pay for the costs of my first published work.

My book is entitled, "Unity in Weakness as the Body of Christ: The Message of the Letters to the Corinthians." This is what I call a devotional commentary. I have a tentative contract with a large publishing company, and I'm needing $5,000 to start production of the book. i have raised just a little over $2,200 through this GoFundMe Campaign and by those who didn't use this avenue of donating to this venture.

One of the reasons I want to do this project is because of health concerns. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and am not sure how long I will be able to perform the duties of a pastor. The residual income from this project would help provide me with a means of support.
