Help Prue Beaton conquer breast cancer

Hi, we are Chiara and Belinda, privileged to have Prue as a dear friend. As many of you already know, Prue has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer at age 43. Prue is a much-loved mum, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, brilliant friend and work colleague to many of us.

Prue has had two urgent surgeries in the past month and is about to undergo her radiation and chemotherapy treatment at the Andrew Love Centre. This will be ongoing from January.

At this stage, Prue will be unable to work in the immediate future and as a single mother will feel the burden of financial stress, including rising medical costs.

Those who know Prue know that she is a kind, generous and fiercely loyal person.

When we suggested this fundraiser to Prue a few weeks ago she gracefully declined. Being the strong, determined and independent person she is she didn't feel right about asking for help. This is completely organised by her friends with all money raised going directly to Prue and Oskar for treatment and living costs.

Many of you have asked in what ways you can help Prue. Every dollar would be gratefully appreciated.
