My grandma is an extraordinary woman who has reached the incredible milestone of 107 years. She has always been the heart of our family, raising 14 children and blessing us with over 30 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren. Her love and wisdom have shaped our lives, and we are so grateful for every moment we have with her.

Recently, my grandma suffered a serious fall that resulted in a pelvic fracture with hemorrhage. This, along with her physical limitations, dementia, and other medical issues, has made it even more challenging for our family to provide the care she needs. We are struggling to gather the necessary funds to hire properly trained caregivers who can help her daily, minimize the risk of further injury, and ensure her comfort and safety. There is also a possibility she will need orthopedic surgery to recover from her injury, which adds to our financial burden.

I wish for my grandma to be comfortable, pain-free, and able to enjoy her life surrounded by the family she created. However, our resources are limited, and previous efforts to raise funds have not met her needs. I am reaching out for help so we can give her the care she deserves in her golden years. Su amor y su sabiduría han moldeado nuestras vidas, y estamos profundamente agradecidos por cada momento que compartimos con ella.

Recientemente, mi abuela sufrió una caída grave que resultó en una fractura pélvica con hemorragia. Esta situación, sumada a sus limitaciones físicas, la demencia y otros problemas de salud, ha hecho aún más difícil para nuestra familia brindarle los cuidados que necesita. Estamos luchando para reunir los fondos necesarios y así poder contratar a cuidadores debidamente capacitados que la asistan a diario, minimicen el riesgo de sufrir nuevas lesiones y garanticen su comodidad y seguridad. Existe también la posibilidad de que necesite una cirugía ortopédica para recuperarse de su lesión, lo cual agrava nuestra carga financiera.

Mi mayor deseo es que mi abuela se sienta cómoda, libre de dolor y que pueda disfrutar de su vida rodeada de la familia que ella misma formó.
