Help Provide Care for a Father Battling Renal Failure
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Eli, and I’m raising money for my father, someone incredibly close to my heart—a man who didn't create me but chose to raise me like his own son.
He’s currently battling Stage 5 renal failure and undergoing regular dialysis treatments. Unfortunately, the toll it’s taken on his body has been devastating. His legs have weakened severely due to atrophy from the treatments, and he now has extremely limited mobility. Everyday tasks—like getting out of bed, preparing food, or even basic hygiene—have become nearly impossible to manage alone.
He doesn’t have anyone to help him on a regular basis except for me. I do what I can, but I can’t be there around the clock or even every day, and I can’t afford in-home care out of pocket. Until his condition improves or he qualifies for further support, he desperately needs temporary help at home to live with dignity and safety.
All donations will go directly toward:
• Hiring a licensed caregiver for part-time home assistance
• Mobility and accessibility equipment
• Transportation to and from medical appointments
Even a small donation can make a huge difference. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this with others. Your support means the world to our family.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any help you can give.
With gratitude,
B. Elijah Blackstone
