Hi, my name is Sammayah and since 2020 I’ve been supporting a young girl and her family in Lebanon through a sponsorship programme. Over the years, they’ve become very close to my heart, and I’ve stayed committed to helping in any way I can. I receive yearly reports from her, including photos and a personalised letter, which makes it even more special and reminds me just how much this support means to her and her family.

Sadly, with conditions in Lebanon continuing to worsen, their situation has become even more difficult. Her father suffered a serious injury during the war and now lives with a hip prosthesis, which makes it hard for him to earn a stable income. As a result, the family is struggling to meet their basic daily needs.

In these final, blessed days of Ramadan, I’m hoping to raise some funds to support them with essentials such as food, clothing, and other necessities. My goal is to ease even a small part of their hardship during this time.
